Hoodia Gordoni hands down. It’s all an all natural appetite suppressant. The Bushmen of African use it to keep them full on hunting trips. You can try it out by clicking here http://tinyurl.com/da9wwh.
A review of the supplement can also be found in the source box.
Please don’t take supplements. Instead enroll for the program that i m on. Its awesome. This program teaches you how to eat what you like to get into awesome shape. The best feature is diet generator based on ingredients you plug in. Just eat right and exercise. I have lost 10 pounds which is healthy weight loss. and this one just helps you cut fat not muscle. Its awesome.
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
Hey, I worked out 3 days a week and did like 75 crunches a day. I did this last month trying to get ready for the summer. I also used a weight loss supplement. I got the trail bottle for only 4.95 and I received it within 4 days. I lose a couple inches off my weight and 15 lbs less than a month. it really work. Go to http://www.globalhealthherbals.com/affilliate_program/afflink.php?id=276. It works!
Weight loss supplements are worthless. A proper weight loss program (exercise + changes in diet) will give you lasting results that are better and cheaper than any bottle of pills. The most basic tenant of weight loss is that your calories in must be less than your calories out. If you are running a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.
You can’t, however, starve yourself for an effective diet. Use a website like fitday.com and figure out your base caloric intake. You do this by keeping track of your weight and the number of calories you consume for several weeks. When your weight ceases to fluctuate, you’ll know what your base caloric intake needs are.
Once you’ve determined that, you should begin some sort of aerobic activity. Run, lift weights, do something! The increased activity will increase your calorie needs. If you don’t increase the number of calories you consume, however, you will begin to lose weight!
In general, losing 1 – 2 lbs a week is considered a safe and sustainable amount of weight to lose.
